How to reach Parvati Valley

By Air: The nearest airport to Parvati Valley is Kullu Manali Airport (KUU), also called Bhuntar Airport. It's about 65 kilometers from Kasol, the main town in Parvati Valley. You can reach Kasol from the airport by taxi or car in around 1.5 to 2 hours.

By Rail: Joginder Nagar Railway Station (JOG) is the closest rail station to Parvati Valley, around 144 kilometers from Kasol. Trains from major cities in India go to Joginder Nagar. From there, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Kasol, which takes about 4.5 to 5 hours by road.

By Road: To get to Parvati Valley by road, take National Highway 21 from Chandigarh towards Manali, about 245 km. When you reach Bhuntar, turn onto Kullu-Manali Highway 3 (KH-3) for 25 km until you reach Kasol. Check weather forecasts before traveling, as mountain road conditions can change quickly. Expect heavy traffic, especially in peak season. Consider a taxi or bus if you're not confident driving on mountain roads.
